Customers are entitled to a full right of withdrawal within 14 days. However, should a return be necessary, the buyer is responsible for covering the return costs. Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. Prior to initiating a return, the buyer must contact the seller via email at sales@vappii.com. It’s important to note that this policy does not apply to discounted products with a shortened shelf life.
